TR-100 enhances green tack of rubber compound through a synergistic effect with tackifying resins.

Currently, synthetic rubbers in widespread use exhibit weaker tackiness compared to natural rubber. Therefore, it's necessary to add tackifier substances that impart tackiness. This enhances the adhesion between uncured rubber sheets, improving the bonding surfaces. While the general effect is similar to that of plasticizers, tackifiers have relatively less impact on low-temperature flexibility.
